Terms of Purchase
By purchasing from us, we considered that you have agreed to our terms of purchase as set out below. You may also contact us by telephone on 01904 500043. Calls may be monitored with the intent to improve our service to you.
Aside from sending you email correspondence in regards to order confirmation and delivery details, we may also contact you regarding special offers and for marketing purposes. Should you receive unwelcome marketing emails for us, please return the email with the word "STOP" in the title and we shall remove you from our marketing list.
A contract is formed between Vork and you at the time of dispatching your order; up until that time your order may be cancelled and your payment refunded. We reserve the right to cancel any order which arouses suspicion, for example those which we feel may be the result of fraudulent activity. For security reasons, all first orders must be sent to the registered card payment address or purchaser's work place address (if they are employed by a verified registered company).
Should your order be refunded your refund will be issued to your method of purchase - ie credit card, Google Wallet or Paypal account. If you have paid by cheque, you have the option to be refunded by cheque or bank transfer.
You should expect to receive your delivery within five working days (for customers based in the UK). Please allow up to seven days, if you order a Demonia branded item, as which we may have to order in if not in stock.
If you are based in Europe, please allow up to nine days if your country is in Western Europe and twelve days elsewhere in Europe.
If you are based outside of Europe, please allow up to fifteen days. Due to circumstances beyond our control (eg Customs & Excise inpsections) your order may take the full 14 days to reach you.
We use DPD as our preferred courier for purchases over £100. DPD notify our customers of any pending delivery twice: the day before the expected delivery and an hour before any delivery attempt (notification is via text or email if no mobile phone number is available. Three delivery attempts will be made before your order is returned to us. We use Royal Signed For for orders under this value, but we may choose to use DPD for areas we consider to be high risk.
For customers based outside of Europe, we use Royal Mail International Signed for or DHL.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 21 days of purchase and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be written on the package's address label. The footwear must be returned in its original packaging in tact. The goods must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged.
Products and boxes that have been worn and/or disfigured are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as we are unable to re-sell these items.
We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage.
If you choose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional charges for premium delivery services - such as next day guaranteed or Saturday guaranteed delivery.
